A Sunday Feast for Film Lovers and a Fairytale Morning with Live Music
The first festival thrills may already be behind us, but Sunday at the 3rd Timeless Film Festival Warsaw promises to be just as full of excitement. From morning screenings for the youngest viewers – and those only slightly older – to encounters with genre classics and our Film Lovers’ Feast, we’ve put together a programme that will make it hard to leave the cinema.
A fairytale morning at Muranów cinema
We begin the day with a touch of magic. At 10:30 am at Muranów cinema, we invite you to a screening of The Fairy Tales of Lotte Reiniger as part of the Young Horizons: Once Upon a Time… section. These pioneering silhouette animations will come to life with special live accompaniment by Natalia Czekała. The screening will be preceded by an introduction from Agnieszka Sinicka. It’s an ideal morning event for families and for anyone with a love of handcrafted animation.

Film Lovers’ Feast: a richly laid table
The Film Lovers’ Feast section is the heart of our festival – the place where the canon meets personal discovery. It brings together films that embody the spirit of their time and now gain a new life on the big screen. As Roman Gutek puts it: “it is an invitation to a table from which everyone can choose what appeals to them most”.

Festival essentials: a few things to keep in mind
Last Minute queues: remember that Last Minute queues open 30 minutes before each screening. They offer pass holders – and latecomers – a chance to take any remaining seats in the auditorium.
Merch: official festival bags, T-shirts, caps, posters and books are waiting for you at the box offices of all festival cinemas. Treat yourself to a timeless souvenir.
Festival flavours: with a festival pass, you can enjoy discounts at our partner venues. It’s the best way to grab a quick lunch or coffee between screenings.
Festival clubs: we end the day together, as always, at Bar Studio and Pardon, To Tu. We look forward to hearing your thoughts on today’s screenings.
