The powerful residents of the city of Chronopolis are busy creating time and, in the form of fleeting moments, they send it out into the universe. Seemingly calm and motionless, they anxiously await the Moment of Happiness that is to free and revive them. This can occur when a human being happens to appear near Chronopolis…and a group of explorers is just about to arrive…
