Rules for purchasing a ticket

  • Ticket prices:
  • Ticket sales begin on April 9 at 12:00 pm.
  • To purchase a ticket, add the desired film screening to your shopping cart by clicking “Buy Ticket”. Once all chosen screenings are in the cart, proceed to finalize the order.
  • After adding the film (screening) to the cart, you need to place the order by selecting the command in the “My ticket cart” window.
  • Payment must be completed within 20 minutes of placing the order, after which the order will be canceled.
  • Order status can be tracked in “My orders”, where payment can also be made. Electronic tickets are recommended and can be presented on any mobile device. Please ensure the device’s display is undamaged to prevent issues with scanning the code.
  • Latecomers will not be allowed in the hall – the absolute rule of punctuality applies!
  • The Organizer does not accept returns of purchased tickets for single screenings.

Rules for purchasing a pass

  • The price of a pass is 360 PLN.
  • The festival pass allows the holder to attend a maximum of 45 on-site cinema screenings.
  • The pass does not include admission for Cinema Concerts held as part of the festival.
  • Pass sales run from February 17 to April 8 at 11:59 pm or until the pool is sold out.
  • Payment for the pass and any purchased tickets must be completed within 20 minutes of placing the order. Electronic payment through an external e-payment center is the only accepted method of payment for the pass.
  • The pass is issued to the name provided in the order form and is non-transferable.
  • The pass cannot be reassigned to another person.
  • Passes will be accessible in the user’s account upon the launch of the reservation system.
  • Passes in the form of badges can be picked up at the Festival Center in Cinema Muranów starting from 12:00 noon on April 18. Passes must be collected in person with a photo ID.
  • No additional tickets will be issued for the free screenings, and it is not possible to reserve a seat in advance. The principle of priority is applicable.
  • Transfer of the pass to an unauthorized person may result in the Organizer withdrawing the pass without refund.
  • The Organizer does not accept returns of purchased passes.
  • Latecomers will not be allowed in the hall – the absolute rule of punctuality applies!
  • The Organizer reserves the right to terminate sales at any time without providing reasons.

General information

The festival will begin on April 17 and continue until April 27. The screenings will be scheduled from April 17 to 26.

The screenings take place at:

  • Muranów cinema, Gen. W. Andersa 5 (metro station: Ratusz Arsenał),
  • Iluzjon cinema, L. Narbutta 50A (metro station: Pole Mokotowskie),
  • Luna cinema, Marszałkowska 28 (metro station: Politechnika).

Pass sales begin on February 17 and end on April 8 at 11:59 pm or until the pool is sold out. Ticket sales start on April 9 at 12:00 pm.

Passes

Accreditations can be picked up at the Festival Center, Cinema Muranów, from April 18 (from 12:00 pm) until April 26. Please remember, accreditations are non-transferable and must be collected in person with a photo ID.

While presenting the accreditation is necessary for entry, it does not need to be in physical form; an electronic version suffices.

You can find your electronic pass in the ID tab after logging into your account on the festival website.

The pass allows access to a maximum of 45 films during the festival.

To attend the show you need to book a seat using the booking system on the website. After logging into the Account used for pass purchase, navigate to the event entry in Programme page and select “Reserve a ticket.” Follow the prompts to confirm the bookings. In order to enter the screening room, it is necessary to show the pass.

Seat bookings will be possible from 9:00 am, on April 16 for the screenings scheduled for April 17 and 18, and every day for the current day and the following day. For example: if someone plans to go to the April 20 screenings, will be able to reserve a seat for those screenings starting at 9:00 am on April 19.

All reservations that are active on your pass can be found in the Bookings tab after logging into your account on the festival website.

You can cancel your booking 15 minutes before the start of the screening. Log in to your account, navigate to the Account page, where you will see a list of bookings. Select the booking to cancel, and click “X” to confirm the cancellation.

You can find your complete booking history in the History tab after logging into your account on the festival website. Here you will see all activities related to booking and canceling seats for screenings.

Apart from the loss of one booking, there are no other consequences, however, out of respect for other attendees who have not managed to get themselves a ticket to the film, attendees are encouraged to cancel tickets promptly to allow others to attend.

No, a pass/accreditation does not include admission to Cinema Concerts. Tickets for these events can be purchased from the Cinema Concerts tab on the festival website.

All screenings are divided into two pools: the first for those who choose to buy single tickets and the second for pass holders. If you have a pass then you are guaranteed the availability of a seat in a given hour block.

Tickets

Visit the festival Programme page and navigate to the event entry. Click on “Buy a Ticket” and follow the prompts to confirm the order. You will receive a PDF of your ticket to the email address you provided. In order to enter the screening room it is necessary to present the ticket in electronic or printed form.

No additional tickets need to be picked up for the free shows – the ability to attend a screening is determined by the availability of seats. The principle of priority is applicable.

  • 30 PLN – price of a single ticket
  • 25 PLN – price of a single ticket for shows from Monday to Friday starting till 4:00 pm.
  • 20 PLN – price of a single ticket for the Young Horizons: Once Upon a Time… section;

Tickets aren’t personal. The first and last name of the buyer is marked on all tickets. You can buy tickets for yourself and your companion(s).
